The Pyramid Challenge consists of a minimum of 4 days with pyramid-style workouts. Each of these 4 days will feature (3 exercises) that you'll perform in a descending rep format: starting from 10 reps down to 1.

About the event

We have 21 days to make a significant impact on Oscar's life and challenge ourselves in our 21-Day Pyramid Fitness Challenge. This challenge is designed to boost your strength, stamina, and muscle endurance while supporting Oscar in his battle with stage 4 stomach cancer.

The Pyramid Challenge consists of a minimum of 4 days with pyramid-style workouts. Each of these 4 days will feature (3 exercises) that you'll perform in a descending rep format: starting from 10 reps down to 1. 

For example:

10 Push Ups, 10 Jumping Jacks, 10 Squats

9 Push Ups, 9 Jumping Jacks, 9 Squats

8 Push Ups, 8 Jumping Jacks, 8 Squats

Continue this pattern down to 1 rep of each exercise.

You are encouraged to incorporate this structured workout into your routine at least 4 days a week out of the 21, but feel free to do more if you can! This workout can be a standalone challenge or a bonus to your existing regimen.

Remember the purpose behind this challenge: as Oscar battles his cancer, you are pushing and challenging yourself alongside him, showing your support and solidarity. You'll be part of a community of fitness enthusiasts motivating each other every step of the way.
